Our repair warranty
Every repair we carry out is covered by our parts-and-labour warranty — 12 months on most repairs, and 90 days on front glass replacements, battery replacements and MacBook board repairs. Here's what that covers, what it doesn't, and how to raise a claim.

Cover periods
- 12 months — most repairs, including charging port and other internal component work.
- 90 days — front glass replacements, battery replacements and MacBook board repairs.
What's covered
- The specific component or repair we carried out (e.g. screen, front glass, battery, charging port, board repair).
- Parts and labour for the applicable cover period shown above.
- Return courier costs if the same fault returns within the warranty window.
What isn't covered
- Accidental damage that happens after the device is returned (drops, liquid ingress, crushed frames).
- Faults unrelated to the original repair (e.g. a charging-port failure after a screen repair).
- Devices that have been opened, modified or repaired by a third party after our work.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
How to make a claim
- Contact your account manager (or use our contact form) with the original repair reference and a short description of the fault.
- We'll book a free collection within one working day.
- Our workshop will diagnose and either re-do the original repair at no charge, or — if the fault sits outside the warranty — give you a quote before doing any chargeable work.
This warranty sits alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.
