1. About us

The site and service are operated by Fixmybrokenscreen.co.uk from 23 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DU. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Opening a trade account

Trade accounts are available to UK businesses, schools and public-sector organisations. We may decline an application or close an account at our discretion (for example where we cannot verify business details).

3. Orders & pricing

• Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation.
• If a fault diagnosed in the workshop changes the cost of a repair, we'll contact you for approval before doing the additional work.

4. Payment

Approved accounts may pay on 30-day invoice; all other orders are prepaid via card, PayPal or Klarna. Late payment may result in account suspension and the recovery of any costs incurred.

5. Devices & data

You are responsible for backing up data on any device sent to us. We take reasonable care of devices in our possession but cannot accept responsibility for data loss arising from the repair process.

6. Warranty

Repairs are covered by our standard warranty — 12 months on most repairs, and 90 days on front glass, battery and MacBook board repairs. See the warranty page for details.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the affected repair, except where the law does not permit such a limit (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
