We will then contact you to inform you the repair has been completed, in which you can pick it up at any chosen time.
2 .Mail in repair
Our mail-in repair service is easier than walking in to a local repair shop to get your device fixed. All you have to do is buy the service in seconds, post your device to us along with the order number and your contact details and wait for the delivery to your door. The site is easy to follow, guiding you through a process in which you can diagnose the issue you are experiencing with your device. Once you have placed an order for your repair service, please follow the instructions on the screen and post your device to our repair centre from anywhere in the UK. After we have received your device in the post, our trained technicians will repair your device, run a full diagnosis check and post your device back to you on the day we receive your device and have it sent back to you on 1-3 days. The delivery will be tracked to ensure it is safe and secure. We will keep you informed if we require more time for the job.
Should we be unable to repair your device you will not be charged for our services. We operate on a no fix no fee guarantee. If this is the case and you have mailed us and paid for your repair, you will be fully refunded and you just have to pay for the return postage.
Unfortunately, our services do not cover any form of water damage to your device. From our experience, we have found that water damaged watches and iPads often break soon after they have been repaired. As a result, we do not want our customers to waste money on such a repair. We advise that water damaged watches and iPads are only repaired in order to recover data. If you require such a service, please contact us directly with the details. One of our team will get back to you with more information regarding your individual circumstances.
When sending your phone in via mail, we aim to repair it on the day that we receive it. We will then send this back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the next day. This is insured for you up to £500. Most repairs are completed on the same day, however, if this cannot be done we will contact you to keep you updated.

Unless stated otherwise, we will only ever need your watches and iPads. We will never need your sim card, watches and iPads charger or any other accessories.

Yes, any non-responsiveness your iPad is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality. 1.2 We shall make full effort to repair your device
subject to the availability of
the required parts and/or the terms and conditions
of any guarantee or warranty.
This shall be performed with delicate care and
skill.
1.3 During the reparations we will make use of
high-quality compatible parts for
each repair that we complete.
1.4 We shall need the passcode of your device so
that our team can test it before
and after our service. If you decide to not state
your information, we can continue
with the repair service, however, we will not be
able to perform a functionality
test on the device until you have returned to the
store. This can delay the
timeframe of the service should any adjustments be
required.
1.5 Any timeframe for the completion of the service
is an estimate and does not form
any obligation under the terms of this Agreement. We
aim to return your device as
soon as possible, however, certain repairs may
require 3 or more working days to
complete.
1.6 We shall inform you of when your Device has been
repaired and is on its way back
to you via tracked postage. If you are using the
walk-in service you shall receive a
notification when your device is ready for
collection.
1.7 Should we be unable to complete the required
service, or the service will
require further costs, you will be notified
immediately via telephone and/or email.
Should we find no fault in your device, you have the
option not to accept our
revised estimate. We will then return the Device to
you unrepaired and reserve the
right to charge an inspection fee in accordance with
the standard charges we use.
1.8 The total cost of repair will be calculated in
accordance with our standard
charges as published from certain dates.
1.9 We are entitled to keep your Device until all
charges payable have been paid. We
may also charge an additional fee for storage of
your Device.
1.10 Using our services may void your manufacturer’s
warranty. Should you want to
avoid this, we suggest taking the device directly to
the manufacturer. This may not
cover any accidental damage.
1.11 Fixmybrokenphone may install warranty seals
after the repair has been
completed. Any tampering of the seals will void the
Fixmybrokenphone warranty.
1.13 The Warranty we supply will be linked to a
particular device and can be
identified by a unique IMEI or serial number, as
well as to the specific customer
identified by records on our system. This will cover
the Customer for any
re-occurrence of the original damage and for the
parts replaced or repaired. Should
any additional faults occur, they will not be
covered by this Warranty. Furthermore,
the warranty does not cover accidental damage, nor
will it cover if the device was
to change ownership
1.14 We do not accept responsibility for any
progression in damage in which your
Device has been repaired elsewhere prior to the
repair at Fixmybrokenscreen. This
applies to any issues found on your device that were
not evident upon initial
inspection. Should any issues become apparent during
the inspection you will be
contacted directly via telephone and/or email.
1.15 We do not accept responsibility for any
progression in damage for a device
damaged by liquid. Opening the device has the
potential to create further damage
which may be serious and in some circumstances
irreparable.
1.16 Following repair, any waterproofing or
resistance cannot be guaranteed.
2.1 Our entire liability in respect of any particular
cause of action arising as a
result of or in connection with this Agreement
(including a breach of contract,
negligence, statute, or at all) shall be limited to
the extent that the cause of
action related to our supply of service, at our
option to complete any of the
following. (a) supply our Services again; (b)
payment for the cost of having the
Services again; or (c) repayment of any amount that
has been paid for the Services.
2.2 Should your device be damaged beyond economical
repair as a direct result of a
service or undertaken by Fixmybrokenscreen, you will
be entitled to a fully
functioning refurbished device of equal value to the
original, based on the model we
received and condition that it was received in. In
order to receive a replacement,
full payment is required for the repair of the
device and the relevant device must
be provided to us.
2.3 Any data or information that you may have on the
Device shall remain your
responsibility. We accept no liability for the loss
or corruption of this data
however caused, thus we suggest that you backup your
device onto an external drive
prior to using our services. It is your
responsibility to back up any such data.
2.4 Nothing in this clause 2 shall apply and limit
our liability for: (a) the death
of personal injury from our negligence; (b) breach
any terms implied by statute; (c)
any claim arising from the Consumer Protection Act
1987; or (d) fraudulent
misrepresentation.
2.5 In no circumstances shall we be liable for any
indirect, special or
consequential loss arising out of or in connection
with this Agreement, including
any loss of revenue, profits, business, anticipated
savings or any other indirect
loss.
3.1 We shall not be liable for any delay in our
failure of performance of our
obligations under this Agreement arising for any
reason beyond our control.
3.2 Should your device develop an additional fault
unrelated to the repair we have
completed, the repair warranty contained in this
paragraph will no longer apply.
This warranty includes solely the repaired and or
replaced part(s) only and does not
include liquid or further damage. Should your device
be repaired by a 3rd party
following our service, this warranty will become
void.
3.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
England and Wales and shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
Courts.
4.1 The content of the pages of this website is for
your general information and use
only. It is subject to change without notice.
4.2 We, nor any third parties provide any warranty
or guarantee the accuracy,
performance, completeness, timelessness or
suitability of the information or

We take no responsibility for any progression in
damage for Devices damaged by
liquid. Whilst unlikely, opening up the device may
result in further damage that may
be serious and in some situations irreparable.
We take no responsibility for any progression of
damage when your device has been
repaired elsewhere prior to your repair at
Fixmybrokenscreen. Should we find any
further damage, you will be contacted immediately
via telephone and/or email.
At all times we will do our best to deliver the
quoted delivery time, however in
some circumstances out of our control, this cannot
be guaranteed. Our quoted repair
time starts once a repair has begun with a
technician.
By using our Services, you agree to the following:
5.1 you are responsible for removing any SIM or
memory cards from your device and
Fixmybrokenscreen shall not be liable for any
corruption, deletion, alteration or
data loss.
5.2 Any repair services completed by
Fixmybrokenscreen will void your manufacturer's
warranty for your device. Fixmybrokenphone have no
liability should the manufacturer
become void. Should you not wish to avoid your
warranty, you should not place an
order with Fixmybrokenphone and take the device to
the relevant manufacturer.
5.3 It is your responsibility to inform
Fixmybrokenphone of the model description of
your watches and iPads as well as the condition of
the device. It is also your responsibility to
inform us if any modifications or repairs have been
completed on the device.
Fixmybrokenphone have the right to perform a
check-in diagnosis of the device in
order to evaluate its condition. If this is
significantly different than previously
stated, you agree that additional charges may apply,
which Fixmybrokenphone will
inform you prior to proceeding.
5.4 The transportation of your device to
Fixmybrokenscreen is your sole
responsibility. Should they arrive with further
damage or are lost during transit,
you bear full responsibility for the risk of loss.
When sending your device, should
you choose to include separate parts, these are also
at your own risk.
Fixmybrokenphone will not be held responsible should
these parts go missing prior to
their arrival at Fixmybrokenphone. Please ensure
your device and all parts are
well-sealed and wrapped to ensure no missing
components.
6.1 Any device transported to you is required to be
examined upon receipt. Should
your device be delivered damaged, unrepaired or with
any additional faults, you are
required to inform Fixmybrokenphone within 3 days of
receipt. Should you not inform
us within 3 days, Fixmybrokenphone will have no
liability should your device have
arrived with a fault. This does not affect your
statutory rights or any other rights
under these Terms.
6.2 All devices are returned via a tracked courier.
This excludes Saturday and
Sunday delivery.
6.3 We work on a no-fix no-fee policy. This means
that if we do not repair your
device, then you are under no obligation to pay a
charge for the device that has not
undergone a repair. Fixmybrokenphone have no
liability to you if we are unable to
repair your device as we at Fixmybrokensreen cannot
guarantee that your particular
device is capable of a repair.
7.1 The price that is quoted to you for the Repair
Services in terms of each device
is an indicative non-binding quote issued by
Fixmybrokenphone. This is based on the
information provided by you regarding each device.
For example, the faults you have
described. As a result, any price quoted is subject
to a detailed verification of
each device.
7.1 On receipt of your device, Fixmybrokenphone will
check your device. If there are
any necessary changes to the indicative price quoted
by us to you (for example, due
to extra faults with the device) or if you have
already paid for a particular repair
however we find another is necessary,
Fixmybrokenphone will contact you directly in
order to establish whether or not you would like us
to proceed with an additional
repair at an additional cost. Any potential
increased charged will only be required
should you agree to the additional price. Should you
decide not to agree with the
additional price, Fixmybrokenphone will not perform
the repair services and as a
result shall have no liability to you, other than to
refund the total sum of any
previous payments made by you in relation to our
Repair service (minus the postage
costs of returning your package).
8.1 Except when stated otherwise, Fixmybrokenscreen’s
Repair Services are supported
by a 12-month part and labour warranty. This does
not apply to any diagnostic
service or liquid damage.
8.2 Please note that the warranty is limited to the
labor and parts on original
repair.
For example, if we fixed a camera fault on your
device and later appears to be
defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
9.1 The screen/ LCD and any other repaired/ replaced
parts malfunction, or do not
work as initially designed
9.2 the parts and/or services that were paid by you
to Fixmybrokenpone. If only
parts were purchased, this warranty is solely
limited to the replacement of the
parts. If parts and repair services were purchased
from Fixmybrokenscreen, the
warranty covers the labour cost and the cost of part
replacement and any other
repairs that are specifically resulting from the
initial repair. This excludes the
below circumstances.
9.3 12 months from the original date of the repair.
If subsequent work is carried
out as a part of the warranty, the warranty itself
is no extended. For example,
should a warranty repair be completed 3 months after
the initial repair, the
warranty will still end 12 months after the first
repair has been completed.
The above warranty time does not apply to Glass
Repair/Replacement services, these
will have a 90 day warranty, from the original date
of repair.
9.4 What does the Warranty not cover?
The warranty in the above clause does not protect
against any of the following
relating to any relevant device which is the subject
of the Repair Services:
(a) any mishandling circumstances that
causes any damage to the relevant
device; this includes accidental damages;
(b) water or any other liquid damage;
(c) damage or faults resulting from an
attempted customer or third-party
repair at any time;
(d) software issues unrelated to the repair
and/or any damage resulting from
viruses or other malicious pieces of software that
may have been transmitted during
servicing or escaped detection;
(e) any jailbroken or “rooted” device;
(f) waterproof devices, as Fixmybrokenphone
cannot guarantee the device will
remain waterproof following the Repair
(g) new damaged unrelated to the original
service
(h) any loss of data that has occurred as a
result of the repair. It is
advised that all data is backed up. We do not accept
any liability for data that has
been deleted, lost, corrupted or altered during the
repair service. You as the
customer accept full responsibility for backing up
the data on your device. We are
not required to advise or remind you of any backup
or procedures.
10.1 If you are a customer, all of Fixmybrokenscreen’s prices will include VAT. The prices that are quoted to business customers will also include VAT on all Repair Services.
11.1 The warranty stated above is only valid for the specific device that has been repaired through the repair services that we over as well as the original customer. As a result, it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another consumer.
12.1 Should any relevant device be irreparably
damaged as a direct result of any
repair attempted by Fixmybrokenphone and payment has
been made by you, you are fully
entitled to a functional refurbished device of equal
or greater value. This is based
on the model of the device in question as well as
the condition that it was received
in, with the repair issue resolved.
12.2 In the odd event that there should be any
defect with the Repair Services which
are covered in the warranty
(a) please contact Fixmybrokenscreen and
tell Fixmybrokensvreen as soon as
possible after becoming aware of any defect
(b) please provide Fixmybrokenscreen with a
reasonable opportunity to repair
or replace any defect and
(c) Fixmybrokenscreen will make every effort
to repair the defect within 5
working days. You will not be required to pay for
this defect.
12.3 If you are a customer, you have the legal right
in relation to Repair Services
that have not been carried out with reasonable
skill, care, or if the materials used
by Fixmybrokenscreen are faulty or have not been
efficiently described. Advice about
your legal rights can be found from your local
Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading
Standards
12.4 Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal
rights in any way.
