Question 1

How quickly can you repair a device?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are completed and returned within 24–48 hours of arriving at our workshop. Larger batches and specialist board-level repairs can take a little longer — your account manager will confirm a target turnaround when you book.

Question 2

Do you collect devices from our premises?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trade accounts include free next-day collection via insured courier across mainland UK. You can book a one-off collection or set up a recurring schedule.

Question 3

How do trade prices work?

Accepted Answer

Prices are tiered based on monthly volume and the device categories you repair most. Your account manager will share a tailored price list once your account is approved — there are no setup fees and no minimum order.

Question 4

Can we pay on account / 30-day invoice?

Accepted Answer

Approved accounts get 30-day invoicing as standard. New accounts start on prepayment until a short trading history is established.

Question 5

What happens if a repair fails after we get the device back?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are covered by a 12-month parts-and-labour warranty; front glass replacements, battery replacements and MacBook board repairs are covered for 90 days. If the same fault returns within the cover period, send it back and we'll re-do the repair at no charge.

Question 6

Which devices do you repair?

Accepted Answer

iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets. If you have a specific make or model in mind that isn't listed on the site, ask — we cover more than we publicly list.
