Usually it will not retain it's water resistance after a screen replacement unless it’s done by Apple in which they make sure that the watch is properly sealed.
Just as a heads up, Apple's warranty also does specifically state even though the watch is waterproof, it isn’t covered for any water damage done to it
We do use water-tight glue when fixing your watch screen, however we cannot guarantee water resistance of the watch after the repair.
Every parts and repair services we provide includes a 90 days warranty.This warranty covers only the part(s) that were replaced. It does not cover any impact or subsequent damage to the device or components that were not replaced.
